Runs the program and handles registration for both seasons. He is the first person to talk to if you are thinking about playing, whether your son has played for years or has never picked up a stick.

Every one of them volunteers. They took a program with no history and a winless season and turned it into a state semifinalist in two years.

Four volunteer coaches run the program day to day — a head coach who handles registration and the season, and three assistants who share the on-field work. None of them are paid; all of them are members of the Owyhee community who wanted this program to exist.

Volunteer
There is a role
that fits your time
You do not need to be at every practice to help. Some of the most useful roles show up for one drill a week, or one job on game day.
- Goalie instruction
- Faceoff training
- Wall-ball sessions with newer players
- Helping run drills at practice
- Ball crew — a great fit for a younger sibling or a parent
If you played in college, played in high school, or just played somewhere once and remember how it works, there is a place for you here. Coaches register through USA Lacrosse the same way players do, and the club covers the membership.
