Who runs
the club
The Owyhee Lacrosse Club is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The board is the volunteer group that keeps it that way — money, fundraising, and the decisions the coaches don't have time for on top of running practice.

Diane Murdock
Vice President
Shares the primary-contact role with the President — opposing teams, league officials, field scheduling and game coordination. A lacrosse mom with both sons in the program, Diane brings creativity, organization, and a love of community to the board. Outside lacrosse she owns Moss & Pixel, a local creative business specializing in biophilic design and preserved moss art.
Ellie Richey
Treasurer
Handles the club's finances — donations, sponsorships, registration fees, and the scholarship fund. She is the first call for anything money related, including in-kind gifts and equipment donations.
Heather Hamby
Secretary
Keeps the board organized and stays on top of the many details that go into a season. A lacrosse mom with a son in the program, Heather enjoys being involved and contributing to a positive, supportive experience for Owyhee players, coaches, and families.
Shawn Murdock
Media Team Advisor
Guides the club's student media team — the players who make the flyers, banners, graphics, and content the program runs on. A lacrosse dad with both sons in the program, Shawn works as a Product Design Lead at BambooHR and brings that experience to mentoring players who want to build media and design skills, working alongside them on real work they can carry well beyond lacrosse.

Not a board seat — the paperwork and the people. Registration records, league compliance, and making sure families stay connected through the season.
Jenna Measom
Registrar and Team Mom
Manages the official player registration process, keeps the club compliant with league and USA Lacrosse requirements, and maintains player records through the season. Registration comes to her first — she opens it, checks it over, and passes the details to the coaching staff, so she is the person to call if a registration hits a snag. Jenna played in high school and served as Girls Director for the Treasure Valley Youth Lacrosse League. With a son and two daughters playing, the sport is a family affair — her husband, Kevin Measom, is also an Owyhee coach.
