An hour
helps plenty

A club this size runs on people who can give an hour, not a season. Pick a role, tell us how often works for you, and we'll fit you in.

On the field

Coaching help

None of these need a season-long commitment. Show up for the drill you know — or if you don't know any, there's still a way to help.

Goalie instruction

Work one-on-one or in small groups with our goalies on positioning, hands, and reading a shot. Especially useful for anyone who played goalie themselves.

Faceoff training

Faceoffs are their own discipline. If you know the technique, a few reps a week with our faceoff guys is worth more than most of what we can teach.

Wall-ball sessions

Stick skills for newer players — the twenty minutes of catch-and-throw that turns a first-year player into someone who can hold the ball under pressure.

Practice help

Run a drill station, keep a rep count, or just be another set of eyes at practice. No lacrosse background required for most of this.

Ball crew

Balls need to be out before practice and gathered up after — an easy, no-experience role that's a great fit for a younger sibling or aspiring player who wants to be part of the team, or a parent looking for something low-key to do. Show up, help carry buckets, done.

Coaches register through USA Lacrosse the same way players do, and the club covers the membership — there's no cost to you. Ball crew doesn't need any of that; just show up. Either way, email Coach Anderson with what you'd like to help with and how often works.

Game day

Table &
sideline roles

Home games need a caller, two clocks, someone chasing balls, and hands for setup and cleanup. Pick a game, pick a role, and leave your name — Coach Anderson will confirm the slot is still open and get you set up.

New to the table?

The caller and clock roles are easier than they look, and someone will walk you through it on the day. We don't have our own walkthrough video yet, so in the meantime, KeepLaxStats runs a free, well-regarded guide built specifically for boys high school lacrosse — the same rules our games are played under.
