Before the whistle

Warmups and
sideline access

Where to warm up

All warmups for both JV and Varsity take place on the turf. Teams will be directed by game staff when to transition from warmups to the field.

When you can get on

No warmups inside the stadium before the designated access time, which is one hour before game time. Arrive early enough to finish warmups before the whistle.

Game field

All JV and Varsity games are played in the main stadium.

Who's allowed on the sideline

Players, coaches, officials and approved staff only. It keeps the sideline safe and the game moving.

On site

Trainer and
restrooms

Certified athletic trainers are available for both JV and Varsity games. If a player needs attention, tell game staff or an official.

Restrooms are on the north side of the field, by the entrance.

Filming

Where to set up

Visiting teams filming the game can set up in either of two places.

  • Track, west side — the stands side. This is the primary filming spot for visiting teams.
  • Media box — in or on it. Coordinate with game staff for access.

After the game

Heading out

  • Exit the field promptly once the game ends.
  • Hold post-game team meetings off the playing surface.
  • Please be respectful of school property and the surrounding facilities.
  • Follow all directions on entry and exit, warmup areas, and spectator seating.

We look forward to hosting you at Owyhee. Good luck and safe travels.
